Please read these terms carefully before scheduling installations or using the EcoSmith Solar services.
By purchasing equipment, subscribing to installation maintenance contracts, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. EcoSmith Solar reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
All solar panel systems come with a standard 25-year linear performance warranty. Inverters carry a 5-year replacement warranty. Warranty claims are serviced directly by manufacturers and facilitated by EcoSmith Solar support staff.
Solar installations require an initial advance deposit to secure structural engineering and supply chain orders. The remaining balances are due in installments matching critical project tracking steps managed by our team.
Zero-export device calibration and CT sensor configuration are performed on-site by our certified technicians. Installation timelines are subject to equipment availability and site access schedules. EcoSmith Solar manages the full calibration process but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party equipment suppliers.
